A contractor built around the second store, not just the first.
Clune Building Inc is a commercial contractor incorporated in Minnesota in 2026, based in the north metro of Minneapolis.
We work for brands, franchisees and their construction managers who are opening or remodeling several stores in the state, and we handle the construction side of that rollout from site survey to warranty walk.
Why we focus on multi-location work
A brand's prototype is a solved problem until it reaches a new market. Then each site gets bid by a different contractor who has never seen the drawings, the finish schedule gets reinterpreted, and the construction manager spends opening week collecting paperwork.
We set ourselves up the other way. One preconstruction effort produces a price schedule, a punch list standard and a closeout checklist. Every store after that is built by the same program manager against the same documents, so price, quality and paperwork stay consistent across your Minnesota portfolio.
We keep to retail-scale commercial work on purpose: buildouts, reimages and single-story pad buildings. We do not take residential or industrial projects.
